Comciencia Puce

Conciencia is a scientific dissemination laboratory that experiments with narratives born from social media. It is an initiative of the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE). They tell stories of science through a space for experimenting with new narratives. They are committed to interdisciplinarity to create proposals with a transformative effect.

Comciencia arises from the need to link science or knowledge with the community and what better if we do it through simple and clear, but attractive communication, in multiple formats, on various topics and with a diversity of voices. This initiative was born as a project promoted by the Research Directorate and is currently formalized as a laboratory attached to the Strategic Communication Directorate of the PUCE. They seek to get involved, go beyond the classrooms and laboratories, to forge that much-needed interaction between science and the community, between the academy and homes; It's a give and take.
