Kulturpunkt.hr is a non-profit media outlet founded in 2005, covering Croatia's independent cultural scene, including contemporary art, critical art practices, media, and civil society.

Kulturpunkt.hr was originally founded by the Clubture Network, while today it is published independently by the Kurziv association. The association's mission is to approach contemporary cultural phenomena, and investigate the intersection of political and economic aspects in Croatian society.

The media outlet also produces audio and video podcasts published on its website and on Mixcloud.

In 2009, it created the Kulturpunkt Journalistic School, an educational programme consisting of journalism skills training and lectures on theoretical and historical approaches to contemporary culture and arts.

The school aims to educate future young authors in understanding, analysing, and writing about subjects connected with contemporary visual culture. It also wants to raise the level and quality of the media's coverage of contemporary artistic practices, whose presence in the mainstream Croatian media is insufficient and undervalued. Over the years, the School has trained more than 150 young authors.

In collaboration with the Zagreb-based organisation Kulturtreger, the Kurziv association has been running a community archive called Abeceda nezavisne kulture (in English: The ABC of Independent Culture), documenting independent culture in Croatia from the 90s to the present. The development of the independent cultural scene in Croatia is also discussed online on thee Kulturpunkt.hr website, and offline at the Centre for documenting independent culture.

In collaboration with other partners, Kulturpunkt.hr runs the project Kulturna politika odozdo (in English: Cultural policy from the bottom-up). Through this initiative, they aim to contribute to the development of public (cultural) policy based on the participation of citizens and civil society in the management of local socio-cultural centers.
