Tapinto Mount Laurel

TAPinto Mount Laurel is a community-centered digital news platform serving Mount Laurel, New Jersey, providing residents with timely, accurate, and objective coverage of local government, schools, youth and high school sports, community happenings, and cultural events. The platform was founded to address a growing need for reliable local news during a period when many traditional outlets were reducing coverage. Launched in 2021 by long-time friends and communications professionals Kristin Antonello and Elizabeth Meyers, TAPinto Mount Laurel reflects the founders’ deep understanding of public outreach, strategic planning, and community engagement. Building on their experience with TAPinto Bordentown, the duo recognized the importance of accessible, hyperlocal reporting and has continued to expand coverage to neighboring communities, including East Windsor and Hightstown. Kristin and Elizabeth remain actively involved in their communities, volunteering and supporting local initiatives, while their families assist with photography and community outreach. TAPinto Mount Laurel also supports local businesses through digital advertising, sponsored content, and partnerships, ensuring the platform serves both civic and economic needs of the town.
